How do you ensure the quality of your olive oil?

Our olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within hours to preserve their rich nutrients and full flavor. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for freshness, acidity level, aroma, and nutritional value.

2. What Is the Difference Between Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

Not all olive oils are created equal.

Extra virgin olive oil is the highest grade of olive oil. It is made from the first cold pressing of fresh, high-quality olives—without heat or chemical treatment. To qualify as extra virgin, the oil must have a free acidity level below 0.8%, according to EU and international standards.

Zennora’s extra virgin olive oil exceeds these standards with an acidity level of just 0.45%, confirming its outstanding purity and quality. This is achieved by cold-pressing young, carefully selected olives shortly after harvest—preserving both their vibrant taste and powerful nutritional profile.

What About Regular Olive Oil?

Regular olive oil (also known as refined olive oil) is typically extracted from lower-quality olives using chemical refining and heat. This process removes the oil’s natural flavor, aroma, and health benefits—resulting in a neutral, less nutritious product.

At Zennora, we use only cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil—never refined, never blended.

Our oil is pure, organic, and bursting with authentic Mediterranean character.

How long does shipping take?

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.

• Within the Netherlands: 2–4 working days.
• International deliveries: Timings vary based on location and carrier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code via email so you can follow its journey.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer a flat rate for domestic shipping within the Netherlands. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping. International shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location.

Can I return my order?
