Who is zennora?
At Zennora, we believe that true quality begins with purity in ingredients, in intention, and in lifestyle.
But our story doesn’t begin with branding or business plans.
It begins generations ago, in the sun-drenched lands of Halfeti, where our grandparents lived as farmers and entrepreneurs. They worked the land with their own hands, harvesting their own produce and selling it with pride and purpose. Olive trees were always part of the family, deeply rooted in tradition.
Our great-grandfathers were craftsmen of the earth. Men of quiet strength who believed in self-sufficiency, patience, and respect for the rhythm of nature. They rose early, worked alongside their wives and children, and passed down not just techniques, but values.

Olive oil wasn’t just how they made a living, it was part of their identity. A way of life passed down through hands, seasons, and stories.
They also cultivated pistachios, grapes, and other fruits of the land. And beyond the fields, our grandfather ran a small shop in the village, a place not just for trade, but for connection. A space where goods were exchanged and stories were shared.
In those early days, olives were crushed the old way: in stone basins, or in hollowed-out rock. The process was intimate, respectful, and slow, much like the life they led.
To our family, “love for the land” was never symbolic. It meant tradition, respect, and honor, staying close to your roots, caring for the earth, and never taking more than you give.

Ten years ago, we chose to carry this legacy forward, in the fertile region of Aegean (Ege, Türkiye), a place where olive cultivation thrives. There, we planted our own grove and began crafting olive oil from the very trees our family tradition began with.
Zennora is our way of honoring that legacy.
Our olive oil is not just a product. It is a continuation of a story that began long ago, now refined with care, modern craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to purity.
But Zennora is more than olive oil. It is a nature-inspired lifestyle, from nourishment to self-care, for those who seek simplicity, honesty, and enduring quality.

The Zennora touch
Every Zennora detail, from the glass bottle to the label and the packaging is designed by us in the Netherlands, the grandchildren of the farmers who started it all.
With deep respect for our heritage and a love for timeless aesthetics, we created each element by hand, combining modern minimalism with subtle references to our roots. Our aim was to let the product speak pure, elegant, and quietly confident.
From concept to creation, we personally oversaw every choice in material, typography, color and form, to ensure that Zennora reflects the story behind it: honest, refined, and deeply personal.

Production
Our olive oil is produced on our very own land, a 1000-hectare olive grove nestled in a small village in Akhisar, Türkiye, located in the heart of the Mediterranean basin. This region’s unique geography and climate, long summers, coastal winds, and mineral-rich earth, provide ideal conditions for olive cultivation.
Here, nature sets the rhythm. The olives are grown with care, harvested at their peak, and pressed in small batches to retain their full aroma, nutrients, and natural flavor.
Our production process is built on precision, purity, and respect for the fruit, for the land, and for the people who make it all possible. From tree to bottle, every step is overseen by people who care. Not just about the product, but about the story it tells.
